The only thing Naruto has from Kushina was his jutsu style and I think behavior (Jiraiya and Tsunade talk about it before Jiraiya went to the Rain Village). In fact Naruto only got Uzumaki as a last name so Minato's enemies wouldn't target Naruto so had Minato and Kushina lived, it would be Naruto Namikaze. Bolt and his sister are the first kids body outside Hyuuga incest so for all you know they can awaken the Byakugan in the same fashion a Uchiha eye changes to the Sharingan. Kishi even said he forgot to give them the Byakugan according to many people so he can still give it to them or give them some abilities.
Also Hinata being a house mom doesn't mean she couldn't train her kids, they can have the ability to use their chakra points perfectly and use gentle fist. The Byakugan isn't needed for those unless you want to use the gentle fist to target chakra points but you can still use it to attack organs as Neji did to Hinata in part 1.
Naruto has more father genes just like Bolt. Kishi won't give them the byakugan, or else why he said he's planning to make third child. I don't care if they're from Hyuga incest if they are not taught anything from the Main Hyuga Branch.

Bolt is basically carbon copy of naruto, and he certainly inherited the greatest trait of naruto. The genius trait you speaking of is sasuke's trait. No bolt is not getting that. Bolt is genius in naruto's way which can even solo kaguya(well maybe not kaguya since bolt will be far weaker than naruto). But still that genius of naruto that bolt inherited would bring kaguya to her defeat(certainly no solo)
Naruto and Hinata has two kids. From what we have seen so far Bolt doesn't show any signs of Hyuuga kekkai genkai or traits. However, Naruto's other child is a girl and may possess the Byakugan and being trained by Hinata herself. We will all just have to wait and see.

Hyuga has their whole eye white while bruto has blue like naruto. But he can have some tai jutsu training from Hinata which makes him to know everything a hyuga can do & learn how to defend from it
Boruto is seen as a prodigy and a genius much like Neji was and he was a Hyuga and on top of that we haven't seen him fight much so it's impossible to say he hasn't learned Gentle Fist yet. wether he will ever activate the byakugan or not is up in the air, non dominant genes can still become more dominant as he ages, not all pure uchiha acquired the sharingan, why would kishi even bother making a kid between Naruto and hinata if he was never going to let boruto have the byakugan? also imagine sage mode with the byakugan, Naruto would probably make boruto learn sage mode XD badass mode!
Kishi won't giving them the byakugan cause it just contridict to the plot.
