Deku looked at Kiba standing exactly horizontally away from him. He looked at Kiba's gray attire and Akamaru's white coat of fur. He looked at Kiba with great respect and yelled
"May we have a great fight Mister Inuzuka"
As those words left his mouth his demenor went from admiring to serious. Deku pulled his rabbit mask over his head and looked Kiba in the eyes. You didn't get to the top by being friends.
Deku reached in his ninja pouch and grabbed 5 shuriken. He tossed one at each limb and one at Kiba's head. As they pierced the air surrounding them Deku realized he wanted them to move faster. He knew just what to do. He clapped his hands together and wind rushed out to propel his shuriken towards Kiba.

Deku raised his hand felt the Raiton chakra raise through his arm. His chakra was vibrating at high levels in his arm. Deku released and heard a boom as it blasted out of his hand. It landing aimed right on top of Kiba. Deku smiled ready for the counterattack.

All of a sudden his opponent reached in his pouch and threw shurikens towards Kiba.
The shurikens looked like they were headed towards Kiba, but he decided not to risk Akamaru being injured incase the shurikens rotate.
Kiba quickly started channeling his chakra to the earth below him and Akamaru when all of a sudden he noticed his opponent clapping his hands, releasing a wind jutsu. *ehhh* Kiba sighed as two pillars rose from below his and Akamaru that they used to jump to different. Kiba jumped right and Akamaru jumped left.

Deku looked Kiba transformation. Aw he looked like a cute dog. Then Deku remembered. This dog was the equivalent to a werewolf. This "dog" person could tear him to pieces. As he was saying this Kiba's dog rushed to attack him. The ground was also rumbling as Kiba's earth attack rushed at him. Deku focused his chakra into his hands and did the Ox seal. He held his hands out to unveil a Lightning wall that was faced right in front of him

Using this to block off Kiba's earth attack and his dog's advance he planned his counter attack. He jumped up in the air so he could see his opponent. He saw Kiba and aimed his mouth to Kiba. With a great push he propeled all his wind chakra out of his body and sent a strong stream of wind towards Kiba.

All of a sudden and as Kiba expected a lightning wall was formed infront of Deku that protected him from Kibas earth spikes.
Quickly after that, Deku jumped up in the air to perform an offensive jutsu, but Kiba was already channeling his earth chakra to the ground below him for any necessary counters. His opponent sent a wind jutsu down towards him, Kiba quickly responded by making a pillar rise from below that allows him to jump over the wind jutsu since it was aimed downwards.

Kiba successfully managed to avoid his opponents jutsu, and they were both falling down from their jumps almost at the same time, but the little did his opponent know, this was Kibas plan to finish Deku off.
Just before Deku would land, Akamaru almost reached the lightning wall that Deku formed, and was almost going to go through it, because he trusted Kiba, and knew that he had a plan. All of a sudden, a Boof sound with a puff of smoke poped around Akamaru, but it wasn't Akamaru, it was Kiba.
Kiba substituted himself with his companion to initiate a surprise attack against Deku.

Deku saw the Fireball push through his electric wall and barrage at him. He was one inch off the ground. He knew Once his right foot landed on the ground he would at least be able to counterattack the fireball but not defend against it. As he foot touched the ground Deku opened his mouth which unleashed a spear of lightning. This spear broke in two as it was going to confront the fireball. One directed it's attention to Kiba and the other towards Akamaru. The one moving towards Kiba moved at a rapid rate and with directing towards his shoulder trying to blindside him. The one moving towards Akamaru moves with haste and went for his head.

As this unveiled, Deku looked at the fireball and put his hands up to at least decrease the pain this fireball would impose. As the lightning escaped Deku's mouth the fireball hit him across his chest. His slid on his back and twisted his way back on his feet. He decided it was time to even out the odds. Deku conjured all his chakra and made a shadow clone out of lightning chakra to attack as he restored his energy.

Deku sent a mental message to his clone "try to attack them as a group, that dog is crazy useful". His clone moved with urgency to Deku's right and advances as if he was going to deliver a punch to Kiba instead he clapped his hands together and slammed them on the ground. The ground erupted with lightning as it raced on the ground towards Kiba and Akamura. Deku paced back and prepared to ready a counterattack when it was needed.

Description: The user brings their hands together and an electrical energy will begin to crackle around them. They will then slam their hands to the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack separate targets individually.
Seconds after Kiba had released his jutsu, he heard the crackling for what might be a Lightning jutsu. All of a sudden two lightning Spears appeared to be heading towards Kiba and Akamaru.
The speed that this jutsu possessed was quite fast, and no normal Shinobi will have enough reaction time to defend himself.
Luckily Kiba was in his beast form, which enhanced his reactions massively.
As soon as Kiba saw the lightning jutsu heading towards him and Akamaru from around the fireball, he quickly punched the air infront of him causing a giant whirlwind to form and collide with both of the Spears from Dekus lightning jutsu and canceling them thanks to the advantage that the wind element has over the lightning element. The whirlwind would keep going towards Deku and the clone that he has just formed damaging them and knocking them into the air, causing the clone to disappear.
