-Terrain: Similar to where Taka fought Killer B, but instead, it's near an active volcano. Every third turn, a small tremor will occur, that will cause all jutsus that require aiming to slightly miss their mark. The tremor is followed by a thick mist that will cover the field for 1 turn.
-I will be using Kiba Inuzuka in Sig, it's outdated but I believe it doesn't matter.
-Kiba and Akamaru will be standing next to each other, and their opponent is about 20m infront of them.

Thunderfang is an ancient Sword, about 50 cms long, it is light enough to allow it's wielder to carry it with one hand.The blade is black, with two sharp edges. The handle is also black, with yellow patterns on it that look like thunder. It was known among the old clans of the land of Lightning. It is said that it has been forged from an ancient metal that was found after lightning struck the ground multiple times in a row. A lightning master from the land of lightning, who took part in the forging of this sword, fused and sealed his chakra inside of it, making it specifically stronger for any Lightning user.
Thunderfang is usually carried on the back of its owner inside a black sheath made specifically for it.
Thunderfang has an ability that mostly revolve around the Lightning element.

(Zeusu no ikari) Wrath of Zeus:
By channeling their lightning chakra into the sword, the wielder can activate this ability, causing the sword glow a light yellow color, and it allows the sword to absorb lightning jutsus of A-Rank and below, only if the wielder was able to block the jutsus with the sword, which might be hard for a normal Shinobi to do, but if the wielder possesses the Sharingan, they can use this ability more perfectly. The blade of the sword can absorb up to 3 lightning jutsus. After a lightning jutsu was absorbed, the user will have the ability to channel more of his lightning chakra and focus it into the blade, which causes it to overcharge, releasing the lightning that was absorbed and causing a very bright Lightning Flash to shine from the blade. The flash can blind anyone that has vision of the blade up to long range.
The power of the Lightning Flash depends on how many jutsus were released at once:

Releasing 1 jutsu causes bright light to occur. (a slight blindness, quicker to recover from) Requires 25 chakra.
Releasing 2 jutsus causes a stronger blindness. (similar to a flash bomb) Requies 20 chakra.
Releasing 3 jutsus causes stronger blindness followed by unclear vision for 1 turn. Requies 15 Chakra.

~Notes:
-This ability requires 40 Chakra to activate + 25/20/15 if the wielder performs the Lightning Flash.
-The sword must make contact with the jutsus before absorbing them.
-This ability ends after 3 turns of its activation, or if the wielder performs the Lightning flash. The ability to use the Lightning flash remains active one extra turn if not used.

Keji heard that someone was looking for him "Interesting, from the looks of it this Kiba fellow has been asking about me." he thought to himself. Using his contacts Keji got the word of the location of this Kiba fellow, grabbing his black coat and mask he left Ame and headed to Kumo. Before crossing the Kumo borders Keji would weave some hand signs and activate his byakugan in order to observe his surroundings as he traveled.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

Keji would reach an island volcano where he would see a man and a dog "Dog? Wait was the guy tracking me Kiba Inuzuka? Shit... Wait why does he have a Kumo headband on?" Keji stops 20 m from Kiba Hey Are you Kiba and if you are why did you leave Konoha? Keji would begin walking closer to Kiba in an attempt to shorten the distance between the two.

Kiba was looking for a strong opponent for a while now, he received information about an Amegakure Shinobi called Keji who possesses the Byakugan of the Hyuuga clan. Knowing for certain that Keji would be a great opponent, he left Kumo headed towards Ame with his companion Akamaru. Before leaving the Kumo borders, Kiba would stop at the foot of an active volcano, to prepare himself for any trouble he might face upon leaving the borders. All of a sudden, Akamaru would move behind Kiba and starts growling.
"I noticed too, Akamaru." Kiba tells his friend after picking up a strange scent headed towards them.
A mysterious man with an Ame headband would appear shortly after to face them.
"Indeed i am.. It's none of your concern why i left Konoha." Kiba responds to the man, and as he was approaching Kiba slowly, Kiba would throw a Kunai infront of the man's foot as a warning, and would be surprised to see the Byakugan in his eye sockets.
"I've been looking for a man with the Byakugan from Amegakure, and considering you know some about me, you must be Keji." Kiba addresses the man.
As Kiba was speaking, he would focus his Earth chakra inside his mouth, and as soon as he was done talking, he would start spitting Rocks from his mouth, causing a clone of Kiba to form.

Description: The user creates their clone out of stone that he spits from his mouth. Unlike other types of clones the rock clones don’t disappear after being defeated but rather crumble like rubble. These clones can also be used to create a clone of other people than themselves but do not take on the abilities of the copied person. They can use up to C-Rank Earth techniques and are very resistant to physical damage such as that from Taijutsu which they can endure up to B-Rank.

"You saved me the trouble of going all the way to Ame.. Hopefully you're as strong as i heard you are." Kiba adds.
Kiba would then drop on his four, and start cloaking himself in chakra, causing his hair, teeth, and nails to grow, and even his eyes would look like the eyes of a wolf, giving him a feral look.
"I hope your eyes will be able to keep up!" Kiba says in a sarcastic voice, as he waits to see how Keji would react.

By enveloping their entire body in chakra and moving on all fours, they can obtain high speed movement and reflexes like that of a wild animal. Taught only to the members of the Inuzuka clan, this technique forms the basis of a Inuzuka clan member's taijutsu fighting style, and will add even more to their feral-like appearances; their canine teeth, their finger and toenails grow to claw-like length, their eyes also become more wild with their pupils becoming slits. When under the effects of this technique, an Inuzuka will display great feats of physical strength, speed, agility and endurance. The form is best suited for using and supporting the ferocious "hit-and-run" tactics that the clan is well known for, leaving the enemy barely any time to launch a counter attack.
Note: Can only be used by a member of the Inuzuka Clan.

Keji stops as he crosses the mid-range threshold due to a kunai being thrown at his feet. Keji listens to Kiba speak but notices the build up of chakra in Kiba's mouth. As he finishes his sentence Kiba would begin to spew rocks from his mouth forming them into a clone but right before it was completely finished Keji would hit the clone with a burst fire of chakra.

If successful the clone would disperse and Keji would speak To my knowledge there are no Hyuga in Ame, Everyone who is anyone would know the name Kiba Inuzuka and Akamaru, and finally, I don't know this Keji fellow. Keji would then create a shadow clone and speak once more I'm just a nobody... K1 would begin to run towards Kiba and Akamaru. As K1 took off Keji would weave a few hand seals and channel chakra into the sky causing storm clouds to form and begin pouring rain onto the battlefield.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Just as the clone was forming, Keji would send some kind of a fire jutsu towards it, Kiba would react to it, by simply stepping infront of the unfinished clone and clapping his hands together, causing a vortex to spiral upwards before turning into a wave that would crash down and meet the fire jutsu a couple of meters away from Kiba, canceling each other out.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

"I'm sorry you feel that way.. But since you're not Keji, then i must end this quickly!" Kiba says to the mysterious man, who then would create a shadow clone near him.
The shadow clone would start running towards Kiba and his squad, and just before he is 2 meters away from the mysterious man, Kiba would focus his earth chakra between them, performing 2 hand seals and then slamming his hand on the ground, causing the ground to spiral inwards on itself, pulling the clone back and the "MM" forward towards the center of the spiraling ground, if left unattended, the "MM" and his clone would be crushed between the rocks.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Ox → placing hand on the ground, the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying them alive or crushing them in a mayhem of jagged rocks. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to a large area. This technique is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Kiba would then unsheath his sword, and points it upwards towards the sky, sending electrical discharges into the clouds caused by the volcano, that would come back almost instantly on top of the clone in Form of a lightning strike, completely annihilating it.

Description: The user will raise his hand or a weapon and send an electrical discharge into the clouds, allowing them to create lightning strikes in the desired location. The discharges are triggered right after the technique and cannot be delayed or prepared before hand but are quite fast.

"You better step it up, if you want to stay alive that is.." Kiba adds as he rests his sword on his shoulder.

As Keji unleashed his burst fire of chakra Kiba would quickly counter the attack, after Keji looked puzzled by the comment Kiba made. Keji created his clone and it began to run he noticed chakra start to pool underneath him along with the ground begining to shake. Seeing Kiba weave two seals Keji would unleash a burst of raiton through the ground assuming that the shaking was from some kind of earth jutsu.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

As K1 entered close range Keji would toss a large scroll into the air. Once right infront of Kibas group K1 would explode just before the scroll Keji threw summoned various weapons which then rained down upon the groups location impaling all three if they still lived.

Description: A stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons, the user tosses their large scroll into the air above her opponent and summons hundreds of different weapons from it, which then rain down, impaling the opponent and anything in their path. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks.

Keji obsevered the smoke checking for vitals when suddenly the ground would settle back down and a mist began to cover the battlefield Perfect. Taking advantage of this Keji would begin molding chakra into his mouth and release a mist of his own.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

Kiba's opponent would easily counter the Earth jutsu that Kiba initiated on him, freeing himself and the clone from it.
The clone would resume running towards Kiba and his squad, and the "MM" would throw a strange giant scroll upwards towards Kiba.
Kiba's clone would take care of the other clone, by causing 2 spikes to rise from the ground infront of the clone and charge towards him. The speed of the spikes that are charging towards the clone plus the clone's speed towards the spikes would make it almost impossible to dodge the spikes.

Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. The rock pillars will even pass through obstacles to reach their target if these are less dense. The pillars/spikes can be done in any earthen surface, including other earth techniques of the user.

As this was happening, Kiba would keep his Wind chakra concentrated within himself, preparing for his next counter, when the scroll opens and releases a countless amount of ninja weapons towards Kiba.
Kiba would calmly react by punching the air infront of him, causing a giant whirlwind to form and charge towards the weapons, the weapons and the whirlwind would meet about 5 meters away from Kiba, where the weapons would still go through the whirlwind, but would be considerably slowed down.

Kiba would channel his earth chakra around himself and his group, causing a dome to start forming, giving priority to the front and top, and protect them from the weapons. The dome would have some openings in the front, allowing Kiba to keep track of his opponent.

Description: The user surrounds themselves with earth, taken from the immediate vicinity, in order to fabricate a formation of rock that is capable of protecting both the user and others in close proximity, if desired. Doing so, seemingly leaves the surrounding terrain unaltered, even when the quantity of earth used is enough to form a complete dome around multiple individuals as seen when Ittan used this technique. The user can also manipulate the resulting shelter to have openings in it so as to be able to observe outside, as demonstrated when used by Kitsuchi.

Just as his dome finished forming, mist would start spreading on the battlefield.
"Great.." Kiba says as he sighs.

As K1 was about to reach his goal Keji would see two stone spikes begin to protrude from the ground towards it. Just before the spike hit Keji would detonate K1 destroying the spikes and creating a smoke screen while creating another clone.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Doujutsu. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

The new K1 and Keji would note the wind blast slowing down the aerial assault but didn't hesitate to use the smoke screen to launch simultaneously chidori spears into the Kiba clone and Akamaru while the scroll summoned weapons but at a slower rate. Upon making contact the spears would split into multiple blades dispersing the clone and mortally wounding Akamaru.

Description: The user increases the range of their Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 10 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict. Like other Chidori-related techniques, this jutsu will numb its target upon contact but unlike others, seems to focus more on having a cutting power, like a katana, than a piercing one. Because of its cutting abilities, it often seems to manifest a certain "solidity"; a tangible aspect.

As the mist settled and his target now gone K1 would dash towards Kiba using the mist to hide his movements. Both Keji and K1 keep close track of the groups chakra with their Byakugans.

Just as the spikes would impale the clone, it would explode leaving a smoke screen between Kiba and his opponent.
Shortly after, and as the dome was slowly forming, and thanks to the enhanced hearing sense of the Inuzuka Clan, Kiba would hear the crackling of lightning coming from the direction of his opponent, and knowing that the dome won't withstand a lightning jutsu even if it forms in time, he quickly puts his hand on his sword and channels his chakra into it, causing it to start glowing yellow through the sheath.
As the lightning comes through the smoke, he quickly realizes that it was 2 lightning jutsus aimed at Akamaru and himself, since he is standing infront of his clone, he swiftly unsheathes his sword, and moves to the right infront of Akamaru, blocking the Lightning jutsu that was aimed at Akamaru, but leaving the clone to get hit, and crumble back into rocks.

Just before the clone would be hit, it would channel what remained from its chakra, forming 3 pillars right between Kiba and his opponent, each about 5 meters high.

"It's a 2 on 2. I hope you're ready, we finish this now!" Kiba tells Akamaru, as they wait to see how their opponent and his newly formed clan that they can smell would react.

Keji and K1 notice the sudden spike in Kiba's chakra but that doesn't phase them K1 would weave a single seal while Keji wove 2. This cause multiple pillars to rise from around Kiba's location while the ground under Kiba and K1 turned into a swamp binding Kiba and Akamaru to it.

Description: After performing the needed hand seals Rat → Monkey → Horse → Tiger the user will create a even more powerful version of Lightning Release: Four Pillar Bind. Using this technique, the user creates sixteen giant pillars by using his lightning chakra to shape the ground into a multitude of pillars, which then form a giant cubic oven to trap the enemy. It is often used after Earth Release: Mud Fall to cover the enemy target in mud and then follow up with using Fire release: Firing Biscuit, creating flames in the oven to roast and harden the mud, immobilizing the enemy.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

As the lightning pillar jutsu finished and began to electrocute everything within it Keji would create yet another shadow clone. K1 and K2 would then take positions to the left and right of the lightning pillar jutsu. The three would then closely watch with their Byakugan.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after hit by a strong enough force. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Doujutsu. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.
