Alright, please perform this jutsu, and give me a short analysis and ask any questions. :)

(Raiton: Kaminarino Kanakirigoe) Lightning Release: Lightning Screech
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: N/A
Description:
The user will focus lightning chakra in his hands, and then will slam the ground with them, sending small harmless lightning surges through the ground, they will travel in a specific direction, chosen by the user. The surges will electrify small rocks underground that are part of the earth, causing any weight that touches the ground on top of the electrified rocks, to result in a loud pop noise from the small rocks as they get slightly shattered. The sound will alarm the user of that position. The surges will only be visible as they are being released from the user's hands. Any rocks that were shattered because of this ability, will lose the lightning charges in them.

Notes:
-Can only be used when the ground is normal Earth.
-This ability lasts 4 turns.
-This ability has a 1 turn cooldown after each use.

-Can only be taught by Bobokittyduck.

Sylar arrives from behind the shadows, revealing his face but masking his intentions.

"My apologies for the late reply but I had..."things" to take care"

(Evil grin as he observes the scroll with the technique - lets pretend that you gave me one)

"Anyways, this technique is quite tricky because if I understood it correctly, this helps you find the location of an opponent? If so this is a rather..."unique" way to do that. You need to be careful though because from the looks of it, because the sound the rocks make appears audible to both you and your opponent. That can either be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you understood it. I'd say...(pauses as he thinks) use this one as a distraction then follow up with another feint then actually proceed with a real offensive technique. Why? I favor tactics over brute strength but that's just me. You could use this, then dropping lid, then swamp of the underworld. That's just a good estimate based on what I've heard on the streets. I may be wrong so its best to confirm this with someone else.

Okay. Then. Time to get this started."

Sylar closes his eyes as he takes a deep breath and channels his chakra. He feels it throughout him...calling him. He directs it, precisely, towards his hands. He then slams his hands on the ground, releasing a surge of chakra and directing what he can towards a clone that hopefully was summoned for this training. He attempted to use the surge to electrify the rocks underground right beneath the clone. Once localizing its target, it makes an audible "popping" sound that allows Sylar to pinpoint the clone that had been hiding (lets assume he was hiding).

"Viola! I found you!"

OOC: I assume you would need to have a visual of the target (seeing him) or through sensory perception to figure out his location otherwise it would be considered metagaming. Right?

OOC: No, it would be considered metagaming if you don't actually react to the poping sound, unless you somehow knew it was a clone. (in a battle)
Considering the opponent has no idea what you have done to the ground gives you an advantage over them for the first two times you hear the poping sound if your opponent is not so "bright" but usually first time is always the opponent, unless he sees you releasing electricity into the ground, and he decides to check it with a kunai or something, so it would be better to release while the opponent is busy with defending against a fireball or something, or just doesn't see your hands. After the first time, it is preferable that you be careful, as the opponent might figure it out and he would start throwing kunais on the ground to check and possibly confuse you. I would recommend using this jutsu while you're blinded/your vision is blocked by smoke/dust, or if you notice the opponent is trying to be sneaky. And one last tip, don't ignore the sound if you don't have complete vision on the battlefield, you might think your opponent is faking you, which is possible, but it also could be a summon or a clone running with a kunai, which might put you in a tight situation.
Anyway, enjoy this jutsu, I'm working on other jutsus that combo with this one, and make it more effective. I'll let you know if any get approved.

Wow. I misjudged you and for that I apologize. Based on my experience, most new people that join are new to the rp. This transcends into how they make CJ. Your explanation on this clearly indicates your understanding of the rp which is bar above what I've encountered in new roleplayers with the exception of prodigies like Moofy, Panthalassa, Penguin (late bloomer), Dragyz, and Zaphkiel. Keep expanding your knowledge...which reminds me, I'm going to send you something that will help you in the future or in general for cjs. Be sure to check your PMs.

Alright squeaky, tell me which cjs you interested and we'll get to it. :3
I can only learn (Raiton: Asahi) - Lightning Release: Rising Sun, so it'll do :)

Also this for you:

Doton: Yakiire neiruzu) Earth Release: Hardened Nails
Type: Offensive
Rank: B
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 20
Damage: 40
Description: The user makes a single hand seal and then slamming their hand on the ground, while channeling their chakra into the ground below the opponent, causing two spikes to protrude from the ground and stab into the opponents heels. The spikes stop just after they pierce through the ankles of the opponent and 4 more spikes extend out of the spikes (2 from each spike), stabbing through the left and right sides of the opponents ankles, leaving them unable to move properly for the rest of the fight/event. This appears as though claws made of earth have grabbed the opponents feet stabbing into them to cripple them, pinning them in place leaving permanent damage.

~Notes:
- Can only be used four times per battle.
- The ground must be made out of Earth.

-Can only be taught by Bobokittyduck.

It's pretty straight forward, let me know if you have any questions. <3
