Who wins and what diff?
- Obviously Sanji wouldn't hit a women , but let's just say for the sake of this battle that he does. Also her Mero Mero Merrow is not effective.

Her power lies in her Devil Fruit. If he can't be turned to stone (whether from her Devil Fruit or his own lustfullness), Sanji wins. We have yet to see how strong Boa's Haki truly is, and it doesn't seem like Sanji has too weak of a will to go unconcious from her Conqueror's Haki. Assuming she simply has above average Haki, and that Sanji also has Haki, we can say there about even simply based on assumptions. (Not enough evidence)

So because Boa is being so restricted as well as Sanji getting a handicap assistance, I say Sanji wins

Boa wins it .. Sanji is no match to her in Current Status . But Knowing Sanji he might surpass some Shichibukai in near future.

She can still turn him into stone through physical contact , like how she did with those kicks at MF. The only restriction is that he cannot fall inlove with her. In other words , Sanji is immune to the Mero Mero Merrow Beam.

sanji`s cis aside (it would be the lowest of the lowest neg diff) she wins low diff her kicks can still turn him to stone considering his style is only cqc based, i dont know if diable jambe can hurt her before his legs turn to stone but considering that her sisters know CoA she most likely know about it too .
plus sanji didnt show any CoA feat to say he can block her ability so yeah even if his cis is off he loses low-mid diff

Her kicks turn things into stone as well as so does her arrows and pistol. He was just taking away her mero mero beam
I.E even if sanji kicks her she would block and turn his leg to stone.

This is a bad match up for the cook.

For that matter boa could beat zoro. And even luffy.
Her fruit is just too hax + she has atleast what her sisters had in observatiion and arament haki + Kings haki so she probably is still stronger than luffy at this point.
