I believe it is more likely that the Shichibukai in this scan are listed by the order in which they joined.

My only reasoning is that after seeing Law's display against Doflomingo its fair to suggest that he is significantly stronger than hancock. Because of this is would seem more likely they are listed by order they joined.



I believe it is possible that Doflamingo joined before Kuma, since we know that Kuma was secretly working with the Revolutionaries before he became a shichibukai. Just because Kuma is older doesnt mean he joined first. Buggy is older than law, and joined afterward.

I personally believe that Doflamingo joined first, since kuma was working with dragon for year before he joined the Warlords. But since there is currently no information regarding Kuma's arrival to the program it is impossible to be sure.

Also, I couldnt find any information on exactly when Doflamingo joined the warlords, so im not sure how you know that he entered after Hancock.

You can't say Law is significantly stronger than Hancock considering they've not got any opponents in common as of yet. But based on her expertise in Haki she'd comfortably win.

Kuma's 47, that's a lot of time to be working for the Revolutionaries that had been active since before Rogers execution (i.e. 22 years ago, when Kuma was 25). You missed the point. Kuma became a bigshot before Mihawk. He was therefore recognised before Mihawk. Law was a bigshot before Buggy and Buggy was only recognised because of the prisoners in his crew. Buggy joined before Law anyway as he got an invitation immediately after the Marineford war. Law only became a Shichibukai about a year before the Strawhats reunited, a year later than Buggy.

Because Riku recognised Doffy as the "new Shichibukai" when he first showed up in his window. That's how we know Doffy joined 10 years ago whereas Hancock joined 11 years ago after her second voyage when she was 18.
