[Discussion] Boa Hancock Powers

It's been proven with Luffy that if you're not attracted to Hancock her mero beam won't work on you. But does that apply to her strikes as well? I don't think it does, but a second opinion would be nice. This is what i'm talking about:

I've been thinking about this lately and I think I've underestimated her, If as soon a she touches you you turn to stone regardless then her power is supremely hax. No one without armament can fight her.

Where would you place her on the tier list.

Boa Hancock has more portrayal going for her than feats; if it weren't for her portrayal I wouldn't think of her so highly. Smoker managed to tank a kick from her effectively and that was pre-TS Smoker. I'll wait till we see more feats from her but who knows when that'll happen. I'm going to say low-mid mid tier.

Assuming Admiral lvl starts from Low Top Tier then I'd put her in High Tier
