[PS3] BO2 PS3 Hacking(Mods)

I just ran to a hacked lobby playing Black Ops 2 and nearly 50% of the time (Which was pretty fun and having a laugh). Im just curious how do people do this?

-sigh- it's sad that players have to resort to hacking to have fun with COD.

They could at least provide a set of user mod tools that's built into the game.
