In which mode Naruto's TNJ is stronger?

In BM I think he can speak faster, and to more people at the same time cuz of the tails.

In SM he can do some clones that will gain natural energy, so Naruto can last longer.

So what are ur opinions guys?

Base Mode Naruto has the best TNJ. Him being completely powered down makes him more relatable and shows that he's willing to put fighting aside for a good old moral pep talk.
