When pre 3tomoeo sasuke performed a katon on naruto enhanced kurama the chakra basically surrounded naruto like a shroud sort of like sussano in a certain aspect.

you guys think it may be possible BM narutos cloak can defend off amaterasu in case naruto ever got hit with it?

People seem to be forgetting that it also shielded the fodder ninja from Obito and Madara's Katon so there lies the possibility of it temporarily shielding him from amaterasu;afterall it is a cloak.

No, Naruto will die instantly, and amaterasu > chakra because sasuke turned the chakra sword into amaterasu.

It first has to burn through it and without a concentrated amaterasu focus, it wont just burn through anything instantly. Any chakra source can defend against it as long as the person isn't concentrating it.

Maybe but since that was normal fire, it's hard to say. I think it can fend off Amaterasu but only temporarily since normal Katon is extinguishable while the black flames aren't.

I'm not sure how the cloak will be able to withstand Amaterasu completely, but i believe that Kishimoto gave Naruto this mode to fend off against Sasuke's Amaterasu, Yasaka Magatama, and so forth. My own idea is can Naruto chakra move Amaterasu since it was speculated by Sasuke that Naruto's chakra has a mind of its own.
