Also naruto Used the Fox's Power to Hold off Madara's wood And he was Having Help from both onoki and Gaara when fighting Madara.

Itachi is better at, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Speed, intelligence, Handseals.

Only thing Naruto has is Rs and Stamina.

One Genjutsu would be enough to Finnish naruto off. Itachi has "base" naruto outclassed in almost every single way.

Itachi himself will have a struggle to keep up with him and his (Itachi) poor chakra/stamina will end it even if he can last BM Naruto for that long.

Base Naruto cannot beat Itachi, no chance, KM Naruto stands a very good chance, KM/RM stands even better chance, and BM Naruto would most likely own.
