Naruto would stomp. Itachi's best hope is a Tsukuyomi off the bat. But with Naruto's knowledge on Itachi's genjutsu and the range of Tsukuyomi I can't see that happening.

Yeah ... right now I'm going to have to go with Naruto. Especially since he hasn't perfected his BM yet.

The speed, raw power, and Bijuu connection ought to be able to avoid and counter Itachi's tactics.

Of course, someone could pull an "Well we haven't seen all of Itachi's power yet" out of nowhere - but that's stupid.
