Dont know too much about BM naruto .. have not been reading the latest manga for personal reasons .. but i know that he is now OP .. and he can use TBB (which Ym counters) so basically if itachi simply used YM only when naruto was about to use TBB then put it down immediately after .. the strain of sustaining susunoo would not weigh on him ..

Meanwhile Its going to take alot to kill kisame due to the fact he can use the BM chakra and heal himself considerably ..
And GWD could come into effect to lower naruto's speed ..
