I think if Orochimaru goes into white snake "mode", jiraiya goes sage mode, and then Tsunade uses Byuakugou, as well as all their summons... I can't help but believe they would win. Their teamwork is one (if not) the best, they were feared when they were together, basically because they knew how to work their skills to make themselves unbeatable.
Tsunade is the tank and close range fighter, while Jiraiya and Orochimaru distance fighters. They're like one perfect ninja

Naruto BM..he makes about 20 KM clones and 10 or so SM..thanks to the speed of KM they'll land a RS on tsunade making her chakraless so there goes her super strength and healing. Then just jman and oro against KM clones that they can't keep up with. Now if Naruto himself in BM enters the fight its a definite win.
Depends on who attacks first, if its the Sannin, they can trap him in swamp of the Underworld then use Oro's Five Elements seal to cut off his access to Kurama's chakra while he's trying to get out but if Naruto attacks first he slaughters them in an instant...
