While I believe Itachi would be in the position to defeat KM Naruto, BM Naruto is just too strong. Not only Naruto has a great powerup with his new mode, he has a good mental support with Kyuubi. Naruto is pretty stupid but Kurama on the other side isn't and has certainly knowledge about the Sharingan too.
