Eien no Mangekyo Sharingan Sasuke is stronger than Kyuubi Chakura Modo Naruto. However, Bijuu Modo Naruto is superior to the Uchiha. It is essentially Naruto and Kurama together facing Sasuke. Kurama is too much for Sasuke and adding Naruto who is acting as a host makes the Uzumaki the victor.

Naruto. I doubt that Enton/Amaterasu would incinerate TBM Naruto. It appears his TBM Ethereal Cloak was designated to be very resistant against regular Fire-Type attacks, whether it be Fire or Inferno. Chakra itself is not flammable.

On offense he beat the bijuu, He has no choice but to be defensive considering the easily spammed high powered offensive abilities of EMS Sasuke is an easy cover for prep time in setting up kirin. Once setup its game over, so naruto has only minutes to kill Sasuke all the time running from enton magatama and other spams. And if rushed by clones the can easily be repelled with this
