Before i get called a fanboy lets break this down shall we ok on one side we have naruto whos aresenal contains sage mode rasengan variants the bijuu dama skilled clone tactics kcm and bijuu mode. Then On the other side we have sasuke who has the sharingan ems amatertsu powerful genjutsu fire style chidori variants and the sussano.
Now 1st things 1st the whole bijuu dama to the face thing is not going to win this fight. Just because naruto can use it now doesnt mean a thing its a slow technique as stated by tobi though it is very powerful. sasuke can and will dodge this if you dont believe so what makes you think naruto can dodge amatertsu ? hes fast well so is sasuke lol the previous databook said he has godliike speed. amatertsu is the faster of the two moves no doubt. I think most of us are forgetting the ninjas main form of attack....element of surprise big flashy moves mean nothing when they cant connect. just because someone is fast enough to dodge something does not mean they always will as seen throughout this entire series. When has one rasengan ever been enough? neverr naruto always has to distract his opponent and follow up with an unexpected move as seen with kabuto kakazu pain and in many other fights. Now i will say this Naruto currently has shown more raw power then sasuke. but sasuke has shown he is a better ninja.. power does not mean everything in this or any manga besides maybe dbz.
Now before i get flamed for saying sasuke is a better ninja look at it this way if you wanted to assassinate the president are you going to bring bijuu mode naruto or ems sasuke? the obvious answer should be sasuke his signature move the chidori is meant to assassinate and he has genjutsu a rasengan will send someone through a wall alerting others of what just happened and a bijuu dama will be even worse . sasuke is a killer while naruto is a powehouse thats why they are equal sasukes intellegence balances out with narutos power. Sasukes defense is sturdy enough to survive a blitz from naruto while sasukes one shot kills can be avoided by narutos speed. kishi made these too OP in their own ways the fight will not be one sided to those who think it will your just being a fanboy of one side and not seeing the counter the other side has to offer. so in terms of raw power Naruto>Sasuke in terms of skill and intellegence Sasuke>Naruto which leads to the final conclusion
