Yes, they're all healthy and have no stamina issues whatsoever, including Itachi. Madara can use Fire Style: Great Fire Annihilation and Sasuke can use the Cursemark.

Location: The Leaf Village
Distance: 100 FT
Restrictions: TBB spam.
If Sasuke is damaged badly, Orochimaru comes out of him with the Eight Branches Technique used against Itachi that supposedly can't be killed in any way but only sealed.

Obito's Flame formation Barrier could stop any TBB that Naruto could send. It required both Bee and Naruto together to destroy it, he cannot do it alone. Madara should be able to use that jutsu as well considering Obito learned everything from Maddy.

1) 3T Itachi was matching KCM Naruto in CQC, period. Nowhere was Naruto using his Shunshin speed, nowhere did Itachi prove to be able to react to it, nowhere did KCM Naruto even use the rest of his arsenal.

2) 3T Itachi and base Bee had a short fight, and it was more or less a stalemate

How in the hell was he taking ''casual care'' of them both at the same time, when he only exchanged a few blows with them separately and retreated in the end?

Because they are several tiers below him, and the difference is immense. You can literally keep on adding people that are in the same tier as the 3T Sharingan users, and BM/BSM Naruto will still stomp
