Even if you are talking about Edo Nagato... Bees, Narutos and Itachis combined atack was enough to destroy CT when it was still forming. Of course, Bees TBB was by far the most powerful of the three, yet it was pretty random TBB, that cant be compared to what Naruto can do in BM.

As for alive Nagato... Six Paths of Pain was pretty much the peak of power for him.

Anybody who says Nagato wins is just deluded or simply does not like Naruto (Character). Nagato was fighting KM Naruto. BM Naruto is Demi-God Status like Nagato. His obscene mobility, strength and ability to tank moves put him above Nagato. Seriously... Naruto tanked a Juubidama. What the hell is a Shinra Tensei to that? Chibaku Tensei does nothing as Bijuudama shatters it. He tanks Shinra Tensei and we have no proof that Nagato can absorb a mass of chakra the size of Naruto's Bijuudama. Even when he is absorbing it, Naruto can have a clone shank Nagato from behind, effectively ending the fight.

Pain was peak of the power for alive Nagato, live with that. Edo Nagato might be stronger than Naruto, but alive Nagato certainly isnt.

Nagato is a bad match for BM Naruto as all of Naruto's attacks are chakra based, even his shroud. All TBBs are simply absorbed through Petra path as we saw that Nagato is capable of absorbing Bijuu Chakra as Naruto was utilizing it in KCM.

Nagato can pull multiple target towads himself, so all of Naruto's partial cloak clones are pulled in and dealt with. Human path pulls out his soul and even chakra arms are nulified. I cannot see how BM Naruto wins. He may be a very powerful Ninja, but Nagato has counters for all his chakra based attacks.

I give this to nagato high difference.
