Naruto and Sasuke should clean up the V2 Jins, but dealing with the Gedo Mazo should be hard considering the lack of firepower in this form. The best thing they have is FRS, but Mazo's chakra roar would blow it back similar to how Shinra Tensei countered it. Sasuke is useless against the Mazo. His Susanoo can't hurt it, while it can hurt his Susanoo, a lot if it uses it's Lightning attack. Then there's the fact that Obito and his Jins can all fight at the same time instead of Obito going from Jins, to Mazo, to himself.

Obito should win. Mid-high diff.

--V2 Jins are fodder here infront of either of them, naruto wrecks them with FRS variiants and bijuuu dama rasengans whilst sasukes boosted susanoo dices them in half. his boosted susanoo would be PS level, and that is more than enough to rape. both of them can locate their chakra stakes and once the jins are overwhelmed, their stakes get removed just how they did in canon.

--once the jins are out of the picture, sasuke keeps the mazo at bay by smacking it around by his susanoo, whereas naruto and his clones rape obito, naruto has more than enough reactions to react to kamui and with clones around, he shunshins to obito and slams a rasengan in his chest, him having intel on kamui and being faster than obito, ensures that he gets hit
