BM Minato wins this mid diff,,
-His BM offense that can vaporise mountains,,and turn them to paste is highher than Sasukes offense,, which at max can cut them,,,
-HIS BM durability that can tank the juubi beam should be high enough to tank anything that sasuke throws at him,,,
-Along with FTG,, and BM level foot speed, Minato would be constantly putting sasuke on the defensive,,as a barrage of TBB or a super charged TBB can easily penetrate his PS,,, and allow Miinato to effectively attack Sasuke,,,
-BM minatos foot speed should be high enough to place markings outside the AOE of their fight,, thus allowing Minato to evade everything through FTG
-Enton and Amaterasu would not do anything since Minato has the speed to dodge them,, and even if hes hit, he can replace the chakra shroud of his kurama,, furthermore the PS slashes are doing nothing to his barrages of TBB,,as Minato can also use his S/T barrier to backfiire some of sasukes offense right at him,,,
-BM Minato can also teleport sasuke out of his susanoo in a similar way as to how he did against juubito,, i have ignored this fact in my argument but if we include this,, then not nothing in sasukes arsenal is affecting BM minato at all
