I'm going to make this thread interesting by going w/ the latter.
Since Orochimaru absorbed Zetsu, and he fully know what Zetsu abilities are capable of, he will take advantage with their jutsu for its evasiveness. This jutsu is MayFly. The safest way of Mayfly is to add it with Oral Rebirth[

]. Not only that but he will be safe with Tobirama tagging him along. Once Tobirama tags him, he simply transport him away from danger, through his own markings, of course[

Offensively, Orochimaru cannot hurt Minato. But what he can do it temper with the four element seal[

] by adding the 5 element seal on to it. It won't be easy considering he will need to breached BM avatar. And the fact the Minato can avoid it with speed and FTG. But w/ Tobirama supports there can be a
possibility to reach and imprint him[

Orochimaru can also be useful by sending out Mandara no Jin. Will elaborate:
Snake Summoning Credibility.
--I think we should take consideration that snake summon should deserve credibility when it comes to concealing items or people. Now I wont be posting links (so use your memory here). Through out the manga, ever since Orochimaru demonstration, he had use a snake to conceal his legendary weapon, Kusanagi. Other times snakes has done this is when Kabuto modified his body into a snake. When he ate Yamato, he had no way or bursting out of him. Last Sage Kabuto was confident, during white rage, that a vulnerable Sasuke cannot escape if he were to swallow and capture him. Even fully knowing what Sasuke was capable of, via Sussanoo and I think Amaterasu (doesn't matter). So in the end that concludes that Snakes have the ability to conceal things that it is able to eat.
Orochimaru using Mandara no Jin, and the fact that those snakes were able to release swords out of their mouths, suggest they can eat one too. That said Mandara no Jin can target Minato's FTG marks and eat them all. Of course, to avoid Kurama's shockwave, they will be spread out so they don't pile to their deaths. Once any snake were to eat his Kunai's, they can conceal its uses and leave/desummon from the battlefield.
Hiruzen can play two roles here. Using Raiton combo to bolt and deteriorate BM cloak and using Shadow Shiruken Clone to expand Tobirama FTG Kunai markings. Using Shadow Shiruken is self explanatory. Tobirama's Kunai simply multiples by hundards with Hiruzens support

Using Raiton is the best element to penetrate chakra cloak. Kakashi had demonstrated this against KCM Naruto [

] but of course BM cloak is superior defense here. But I can say that logically and reasonably with Hiruzen Raiton attack compare to Kakashi. Not only that but Hiruzen can simply use 2-5 times the damage by having Clones doing the same Raiton attack. Minato either gets wounded badly (depending on where its aimed) or Hiruzen creates a gap to where Tobirama can warp Orochimaru to the opening, where he can land the 5 element seal on Minato's chest.
Reasonably Minato should be able to remove the 5 element seal, but timing is crucial in this match up.
Conclusions:
-Orochimaru can set 5 element seal to block Minato's use of using Kurama, with the help of Edos. He can also use Mandara no Jin to have them eat and conceal Minato FTG markings
-Tobirama can be use for support for dodging lethal attack with FTG. Or use FTG to get close to Minato.
- Hiruzen can expand Tobirama's markings by creating clones of it. Use Raiton to either penetrate BM cloak, or create a gap opening for other attacks to breach Minato.
