Okey I'm doing this because I wanna hear everyone's opinion and also because I am bored.
Personally I think Minato takes this one. Last time they fought Minato was able to hit him with a rasengan with ftg 2 but he's got alot more speed now wich would make it even harder for tobi now It's just one on one no summons at all just one on one. So who will it be ?
