Minato doesn't have BM. It isn't even known if Kyubi's chakra was inside the Reaper or inside Minato.

If he did he would stomp narutoverse.

Edo Minato beats BM Naruto since Naruto has no sealing jutsu.

Regular Minato -COULD- beat BM naruto if he somehow managed to outlast Bijuu Mode, but that would be extremely hard.
