Madara wont have any difficulty rendering this jutsu useless. Flower tree world covers a bigger area than the range Minato can cover

Flower Tree World can be nuked with bijuudama rather easily.

Any Bijuu Dama Minato produces are caught via Mokuton Jukai Kutan [1] or absorbed via Preta Path [2]. Suppressing Kyuubi Chakra is done via Mokuton Mokuryou same as Naruto

Chakra roar shatters any wooden creations Madara makes.

If that isn't enough, there's FTG, giant rasengan, clones.

Sage Mode counters Preta Path.
