Having the summoning contract doesn't necassarily mean one is trained in SM. Take sasuke, oro, tsunade and Sakura as examples. All of the people mentioned have summoning contracts from humid bone forest or the snake mountain (name?). These summons and there locations are equally famous for teaching sage mode according to Kabuto, yet none of the people mentioned have it (although oro tried).

Just because you have the contract doesn't automatically mean that the summons are will to teach you there strongest techniques.

I honestly did not expect this.

I don't agree. An armless is quite depreciated in his value. As for the whole hax thing then it's more of a lack-lustre and broken ability set made up of nothing but Thunder God and Rasangan. BSM Naruto at least has versatility and that is coming from me. He basically obliterates BM Naruto as all his clones can use SM, KCM , or partial BM transformations. He doesn't defeat top tier Ninjas - EMS Sasuke, MS/Rinnegan Obito, Hashriama, EMS Madara, and BSM Naruto.

Orichimaru have snake sage mode,Sasuke got snake summon because he was orichimaru student that also had Curse mark and orichimaru powers at one time.Tsunade summon came from another forest where sage power came from,Probably Mito uzamaki have train her the technique in the past
