Most a shockwave will do is cut the tbb in half, which results in it exploding immediately. Madara & nagato still get caught in the blast while minato & bee teleport to safety

Nagato's too weak to do much of anything. Madara and Killer Bee, I'd say, are evenly matched all things considering. Add on another Bijuu with the ability to teleport to you if he gives you even the slightest bit of chakra?

You'd need a much stronger shinobi pair for these two to fight.
