Bee starts with BM .

I honestly think Bee wins with high difficulty

-Him in V2 would be too fast for Tsunade and Base Jiraiya,,,
-He can overwhelm the sannin completely with a barrage of TBB something that the sannins defenses have nothing on,,,,

-His use of raiton helps him counter yomi numa, so paralysing is also not an option,,,
-Killer Bee in hachibi mode can tank all of the sannins attacks,,,seeing that it was able to tank its own TBB
-Sannins summons are all getting obliterated by TBB bar katsuyu,,,
-Tsunades taijutsu is not doing anything to bee once he goes V2 or above since he would be too fast for Tsunade and will put tsunade on the defensive,,,

-Jiraiya in SM is good and all but he simply has nothing against the firepower of TBB barrages or super TBB,,
-Frog Song is also not happeniing since Bee would be nuking the entire place down,, including Ma&Pa and with full intel,, this makes Bee's victory certaiin

If the Sannin can all get out their summons in time to retrain Bee and barrage him with an onslaught of attacks then I can see the Sannin winning. Without their summons then Bee wins.

Ok, the point being? Manda's length allows him to wrap his body and a few tentacles. Those left unwrapped wouldn't be much of a threat, unless epithet tentacles have feats

Horns? A snake broken? Those horns have been sliced off I remember and it piecing Manda's skin is unlikely. Plus, Manda wouldn't be near his head. Gama appears on its head w/ sword at hand and Manda comes from underneath and wraps his limbs. Hachi's speed feats aren't near the level of Manda.
