Let's Analyze:

• BM grants Kiba immense speed increase, and Kiba's speed was already near on par with Minatos FTG. Therefore Kiba can blitz.
• Rasengan would make his gatsuuga even more damaging, enough to break Madaras Sussanoo like Tsunade.
• Heightened abilities mean he can smell the change in atmospheric pressure and react to a meteor and break it.
