Or one of the Blue Nitro who Acacia himself stated that Ichiryuu, Jirou and Midora couldn't fight them whilst implying that he couldn't protect them from the Blue Nitro either.

The Eight Kings are HHHYYYYYYPE!

I really want to say that the 8 Kings take this. I mean Heracles casual kicks shaked a whole GW continent. GW continents are much bigger than normal continents not to mention the Toriko planet is multiple times bigger than our planet. That continent could easily be as big as our planet.

Anyways, i go with 8 Kings. The hype is too much and so far its real.

We just learned in the latest chapter that Blue Nitro are afraid of the Eight Kings, this obviously means that Eight Kings are stronger unless there are huge numbers. Also, from what we've seen, a capture level 6090 can be a hundred times stronger than a capture level ~1500.
