The sig lacks sharpness and the transition from plain to edited to blur is too sudden. And the gif effect only makes the sig annoying to look at, especially when trying to give CnC since it jumps from the one to the other before you can get a good look at everything.

I personally don't like it. I don't have much comments, since I'm lazy right now.
The change from plain to edited is a bit too sudden. It simply doesn't fit. It's just like something randomly popping out of nowhere. Make it gradual.
