This twist blew my MIND. Any other Blue exorcist fans read this?
There is Blue exorcist manga?!?!?!
If there is, pls link it to me![]()
It's on a break!? I literally just finished getting up to speed and it killed me that it ended on that twist. But...it's such a good twist. Because he's been here since the very beginning and it all does add up, he's always run away from the fights and put on this act and been interested in Izumi...It's smart. I actually hope he's not under some form of mind control or anything, I want him to be the real deal.
Also...he's like the strongest in their class? He took out Rin![]()
Yep :| It's the second time this year. Dunno why, but in July issue there was no chapter either. Geee...I'm at least sure that it isn't going to be cancelled because in terms of volume sells it has managed to get in the top 20 of best sold manga.
I'm actually stunned. I almost fell of my chair when I saw that. First because I like Izumo and I wished for her well-being, but also because Shima...was...an spy all the time. And we all bet it was Nemu...cuz he was like the most obvious one! But at least it's clear now why he never did his best along the series...didn't want to carry Shiemi in the lantern's part (previous to Rin's second fight against Amaimon), didn't want to fight against the impure king and even tried to make Konekomaru ditch and etc. He was behaving rather lazy and not collaborating, don't you think?
Still waiting for an insight for his character.
In chapter 50 I liked how Rin gave support without being too cheesy ^_^
I see. What made you fall for her? Xp I liked her since the beginning because she offered a good contrast to Shiemi's character, and she was strong (for exwire standards Xd). She's a bit cocky, but I didn't mind xd I could see there was more to her character than simply acting tsunderish...since she was very hurt when found her friend (I even forgot her name already lol) ditched the exorcist training. She seemed to become so lonely after that :'(I'd fallen in love with Izumo during the festival chapters so this was like a double punch in the gut. Yeah, Nemu is still pretty suspicious but it's clear he's the strongest member of the group. It's so odd to see the whole class reduced to just Bon, Koneko, Shiemi & Rin...
Like, who WASN'T a spy or had secrets in Rin's class? Rin and Yukio are hiding their demon natures, Shima was an illuminati spy, Izumo has her whole backstory, the hooded kid was Shura, a vatican spy and Nemu was planted by Mephisto. SPIES EVERYWHERE. WHO DO WE TRUST.
Kazue Kato is by far my favourite managa.
xd I'm very lazy when it comes to anime, so I only read the manga. But I've heard a lot of the ending, sounds kinda meh.I honestly have no clue. I keep mistaking the anime's ending involving the mother and everything for the manga and I hate that. Blue Exorcist anime died so weakly in it's second half, reading the manga and seeing how they didn't even make it to the Impure King is quite funny in retrospect.
And the moment that REALLY cemented Izumo as my 2nd favourite character (Rin still remains #1 and Amaimon close behind) was when she refused Rin to do the festival job and then went home and was visibly sad that nobody had properly asked her. It hinted that she may have even wanted Rin to ask her. There's a lot going on with her and it kills me that they interrupted it for this arc. (Which seems to be final arc right? It definitely seems conclusive)
