It felt like tobi was a really bitter obito in this chapter, who kept on ranting against kakashi. An obito who lost hope.
To many similarities where thrown in.
The two halves of the faces of tobi and kakashi.
Hero of the sharingan reference.
Them both using one eye of the original pair.
Kakashi standing at a grave which was most likely rin her grave.
All the references to future, hope, despair hero's, regrets.
However, if we assume tobi is obito, than how the f*ck did he battle minato?
Kakashi is 30. That means 16 years ago he was 14.
Obito is the same age as kakashi.
So obito battled minato at age 14, unless he found some hax way to influence time.
Than the hyperbolic timechamber popped into my mind.
Its from dbz. Its a special chamber.
1 day in the real world, is one year in that chamber (something like that).
What if the kamui realm, works the same way.
Tsukiyomi is similar (itachi his tsukiyomi).
A few seconds in the real world, felt like days in the realm of tsukiyomi.
If the kamui realm actually works this way, than it would allow obito to age some extra years and power up, before battling minato.
This also brings me to one of the weaknesses of that teleport jutsu.
If you use it to much, you will age faster compared to others in the real world(which brings the potential risk of dying cause of old age, unless you beat that as well, like orochimaru).
The fact that tobi could transport himself faster to itachi and sasuke their finished battle, than zetsu his groundtravel, backs this up as well.
Zetsu would basically be moving in slowmotion in the real world, compared to tobi in the kamui dimension.

Other possibility.
Tobi is not obito, but only uses his eye.
It would make all this ranting to kakashi about hero of the sharingan and such, kinda odd, unless he is just mindfukking kakashi or unless tobi has multiple people assembled in him. Obito being one of them.

Kishi can still go so many ways with this.
He could connect tobi and madara by being close releatives (grandson for example).
