You missed the point.

You said implied Sasuke lost VoTe2 because he didn't have full Rinnegan mastery so I took that as you assuming 700 Sasuke has mastery (which is pure speculation) and he'd beat 700 Naruto.

Naruto has full Kurama now so twice as much power as he had in VoTe2 not counting Ridoku power of course. There's no way Sasuke can beat him. Naruto faced 3 Rinnegan masters already and mastery is just the use of all 6 paths which we know is nothing to Naruto.

No he had a portion of their chakra however I think they no longer have Ridoku chakra since the brothers feud ended and their souls peacefully went to the pure world.
