That's a good list but Madara had to be hit by deus ex machina and Kaguya well not gonna say much on her.

OT: Of the KKG users who've had the most exposure then Hinata is by far the worst.

The best users of a Kekkei Genkai are Kakashi (full use of the copying ability etc) and Itachi (makes full use of the Sharingan's genjutsu ability). Strength wise Madara, Sasuke and Hashirama.

Oh I'm aware Madara got hit by plot. Especially Kaguya which is why I said that the last two (Madara and Kaguya) were a result of a deadline. Since it was during their screen time (starting midway into the Juubi Jin Madara fighting with Gai) were Kishi ended up having to finish the manga at Chapter 700 which resulted in him trying to fit everything that was left in the last few chapters.
