Bloodline limit shinobi with average/below average abilities?

Bloodline limit ability iz synonymous with being a genius but!!! not every bloodline limit user lives up to expectations. who's teh top 5 most disappointing bloodline limit users? even bobito who was a fodder shinobi became competent upon unlocking sharingan but some byakugan members that i cant remember had it all their life and underwhelmed...

anyway! me like to hear ur top 5...

I agree but Mei? She showed such proficiency with every element she used and is one of the best suiton users

Mei. She has friggin lava... I know she's a kage and all, but she has LAVA. Honestly disappointed that plot kept it from chewing through Susanoo like comical acid. Most of the time she's stationary too despite her ability not supporting it like Gaara's sand. I dunno, Mei seems like nothing more than her ability tbh(she never uses taijustu), and the ability seems nerfed af.

Wood > Lava apparently.

 

[The Paradox]

1) Kimimaro. He was hyped up and really seemed like a fierce opponent... but was beaten by a part 1 drunken Lee. I know he was ill and all and also around 13 too, but come the hell on. A hyped up KKG user against a drunk kid with only taijutsu at his disposal?? Nope. #1 failure of a clansmen/KKG wielder.
2) Obito. Yes, I know his Kamui is one of the best abilities in the whole series as far as it's uses and had he had both eyes at the same time.. it would be even more OP.. but he might not even have awakened the MS had Rin not died the way she did or at all. If Madara didn't ever step in he would have been just a regular fodder Uchiha by the time he's an adult. (There were a lot of them that weren't mentioned or hyped...sooo I guess quite a few Uchiha fall under this as well?)
3)Mei. She was underwhelming, but maybe it's because she wasn't a main cast member?
4) Shin. Both child clone and the original. Potential was wasted. Only took Sasuke, Naruto, Sakura, and Sarada to stop them because of plot alone. I'm pretty sure Sasuke or Naruto on their own (esp together) could stop them. Not the highest on the list because they did put up a decent fight considering plot was nerfing them.
5) I'm not too sure who to put here. I could say Hinata considering she's a main family member and daughter of the clan leader.. but at the same time is she really any more fodder than other members, or just didn't live up to her father, uncle, Neji, and Hanabi's hype? We don't hear of other Hyuga being exceptional or above average in their clan.. so for her main family (the ones I listed) yes she makes the list, as far as her whole clan though? That's debatable.

Obito was 12-13 years old when he awakened his sharingan and killed a chuunin. How is that weak?

Haku? Really? It took the Kyuubi leaking chakra into Naruto to stop him and a 2 tomoe Sharigan prodigy. That’s not weak.

2. Pakura who has a bloodline limit that could kill on touch and yet, she only makes fireballs instead of spreading it like a flame.

3. Hinata at the moment until I see her put Hamura's chakra to good use. Six Paths chakra should ampifly her power dramatically but it doesn't feel like it helped her much at all. Will wait for more feats.

4. Madara after becoming Juubi Jin was getting stomped hard in addition to having even a bit of his chakra stolen from a half-dead Obito. Had so many perks, stolen, and borrowed power only to be one-shotted by BZ.

5. Kaguya, the strongest of them all got beat by fragments of her power. Naruto and Sasuke should've gotten another power up which would allow them to defeat her but apparently, 2 halves of Hagoromo's power and a couple other inferior people were able to pull it off.


Although the last two were a result of a deadline.

It's not weak, but looking at the fact she was hailed as a genius even stronger than kakashi in part 1, and her jutsu speed hyped to be light-quick in databooks, it's indeed underwhelming: but not by a great length.

It's obvious she was nerfed though, no way genin sasuke and naruto could've logically pulled off that win.

And about hinata, well, it's a fact she was late blossomer, compared to her colleagues: neji and hanabi, it even took her the new generation upto- time period to master the gentle fist which enables her to use rotation.

Though, at this point, she'd be the 2nd strongest hyuga after hanabi (who was called the greatest prodigy apart from neji and possesses the purest eyes capable of awakening Tenseigan).

That's a good list but Madara had to be hit by deus ex machina and Kaguya well not gonna say much on her.

OT: Of the KKG users who've had the most exposure then Hinata is by far the worst.

The best users of a Kekkei Genkai are Kakashi (full use of the copying ability etc) and Itachi (makes full use of the Sharingan's genjutsu ability). Strength wise Madara, Sasuke and Hashirama.
