Hidan and Takezo. You can find them with my sig.
Hidan and Takezo stand next to each other, facing Luffy and Ogichi.
"Alright let's get things started! Hope you don't mind a bit of rain.", Hidan yelled.
Hidan starts off by making a few hand seals and causing water to begin raining down. After that he makes two more hand seals and claps his hands together to make the rain drops near Luffy suddenly turn into spikes, shooting into Luffy from opposing directions. Meanwhile, at the same time, Takezo draws out his sword and makes a slash through the air, sending a crescent blade of chakra flying at Luffy.

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description: After performing Water release: Rain Tiger at Will and having it still active, the user will perform the Ram -> Tiger seals and quickly open their arms and clap their hands together causing the rain within short range of the targets left and right, to move quickly towards each other, the speed at which they converge elongating the rain droplets into thousands of tiny sharp blades that pierce the enemy as they move towards each other similar to an Iron maiden.

(Samurai Guntou no Jutsu) Samurai Sabre Technique

Description: This technique is unique to samurai, which employs the concept of chakra flow techniques similar to the flying sparrow and Kusanagi: Chidori katana. Through the use of chakra flow the user channels their chakra through their swords his extends the reach and the cutting ability of the blade, and also allows the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction as shown from how it destroyed a stone pillar. The samurai have also shown the ability to use shape transformation, as they can form their chakra blades into giant buzz saws, broad swords, spiked shafts, and axes. This ability allows them to rely on smaller swords while retaining greater reach, damage, and surprise attacks as needed.(The technique is capable of countering Ninjutsu of A rank and below due to the chakra charge technique).

Luffy and Ogichi had been awaiting their opponent at the designated area for quite some time once the 2 opponents had arrived Luffy noticed the opponent performing a series of hand signs, Luffy focused his Doton chakra into his palms and slammed them down onto the ground releasing it into the ground as he did so and manipulated it to cause several large rocks to shoot out of the ground slamming into the man performing the hand signs throwing him off focus. Ogichi wasted no time in moving onto the offensive aswell he began focusing his Katon chakra and performed the tiger hand sign and released it as a powerful breath of flames that raced towards the enemies.

With the incoming attacks, Hidan decides to forget the suiton jutsu and instead gather raiton chakra, shaping it to create a protective sphere of electricity around himself. Hidan steps in front of Takezo to shield them from both of the attacks. After that, Takezo moves around Hidan and makes a mad dash forward. He moves past Luffy, drawing his blade and slashing his throat as he moves by. Then after passing Luffy, Takezo runs into Ogichi to stab through the guy's stomach up to the hilt. Meanwhile, while Takezo does these things, Hidan creates a shadow clone next to himself.
