Seeker, the wagon has to move vertically.

Your water being drained is constant because gravity is constant and doesn't change. Your variable should be speed of the wagon being pulled up.

P.S. Factor in weight of the wagon - water (draining speed) should tell you how fast.

I'm gonna guess negligible fricktion means no friction but then again i don't know the WHOLE question to answer any of these lol. How can a wagon go vertical(90 degree angle) when it's an open railway that rolls????
