Blood prison when is it set?

In the Naruto blood prison movie what time is it set because Naruto has sage mode meaning it's after pain and he knows Bee making either during or after the war but it wouldn't happen during because they seem to be at peace so i'm going with after the war what do you think?

Raikage has both arms, but he knows of Naruto. Which means it is set between Raikage meeting Naruto just before he entered the 5 Kage summit, and him fighting Sasuke which doesn't make sense already. But Bee knows Naruto aswell, and he first met Naruto way after Raikage's fight with Sasuke. So the timeline is all over the place. But it is a non canon movie so it doesn't matter anyway.
