Blog Post Title in Caps

Can we use all caps in our blog's post title? It doesn't seem to let me.
I was typing WD PROLOGUE but it would come out as Wd prologue.

But I was able to do caps with my other post. I had the word SYNOPSIS in caps.

As long as there is atleast one lowercase letter among a bunch of capital letters it will remain all caps.

Eg:
IF I WAS TO MAKE A POST JUST LIKE THIS.

It would all turn down to lower cases.

Eg2:
IF I WaS TO MAKE A POST JUST LIKE THIS.

It would remain in caps.

Pesh is right about the plug-in.
