[Suggestion] Blocking unruly people out of threads

Well i know sometimes the mods are usually busy and what not, that's understandable i was wondering if there was a way to put a block system for trolls coming into threads just blocking them i was wondering is that possible?

Okay, the best thing to do in such situations is report whomever is causing trouble, as there's nothing you can do.
That being said, staff members are capable of punishing the trolls and whenever need be, ban them from the threads.

Implementing a system for any member to do such a thing isn't really reasonable, as it'd be quickly abused.​
