Why would Zoro save Rebecca? 'Cause she's a girl? Even if that's the case, he wouldn't give a shit 'cause she decided to enter a tournament where her life was on the line, hence Zoro wouldn't give a fvck about her existence.
As for him fighting Cavendish, I doubt he will. Since this is what I see happening:
>Barto lets Zoro in.
>Cavendish wins (one-pages Rebecca).
>Cavendish goes inside and looks for looks for Luffy.
>Round 2 starts with the winners against the Donquixote family.
>Luffy, Barto, Cavendish and Burgess win.
>Round 3/Semi-Finals is AvC & BvD
>1st match is Cavendish vs Barto and both fight to a draw where neither of them can move.
>2nd match is meant to be Burgess v Luffy, but during the 1st match, BB told Burgess to pull-out since he found out there's an Admiral there. So Luffy wins via forfeit on Burgess' behalf.
>There is no Round 4/Prelim because only Luffy is able to fight, so therefore its the GF where he fight Diamante.
>Zoro then finds Luffy and tells him about what's going on.
>Luffy tells him to fill in for him so he can go to the Sunny.
>Zoro goes to the arena and tells them Lucy let him take his spot but the judges don't agree with that and are about to disqualify him.
>Diamante recognizes it's Zoro and tells the judge "it's okay, he can fight for his stead".
>Zoro fights Diamante and wins.
