Make a list of things you know that can be deflected/repelled by Rotation.

Kunai an other weaponry obviously. Ranged trajectory type jutsu also. Maybe not Amaterasu, lower class jutsu than that I think.. Maybe B or A class and down?

I find that Part I Neji wastes his chakra too quickly... when ever someone throws a few kunai or shuriken, he always uses Rotation.. I mean other shinobi just parry them with kunai or other ninja tools, so why can't he? I mean he has the Byakugan, so he can anticipate them coming towards him :L

this depends on the amount of chakra you put into Rotation i believe, if we imagine Naruto being able to use Rotation, he could block, well, pretty much anything imo xd

This exactly ^^ Rotation can deflect virtually anything as long as one has enough chakra to last out and can rotate fast enough to get the full power from the centrifugal forces of the jutsu.

The only things that a normal sized rotation cannot block are any jutsu that can cancel out the rotation of chakra with its own (large rasengan variants, fang wolf fang etc.), any jutsu that is massive enough to cause the chakra to collapse on itself (TBB, Meteors, Large Shinra tensei.

Very nice questions BTW again if you have any more on rotation, just give me a PM. I'm pretty much the expert around here when it comes to the hyuugas and the gentle fist. Rotation happens to be my speciality.
