I feel like naruto with sage mode is more than enough for le sauce, but no arms is rough. Ninjas should be able to fight blind, we've seen a few do it. I think naruto has a worse handy cap here.

Maybe summon something that can eat Naruto.

Correction to his statement, Naruto wont be able to gather the energy because he cant do it mid battle, and he needs arms to perform shadow clone jutsu. Therefore he cannot pull off any jutsu, and cannot enter SM

I don't think you realize how much of an impact being armless can have in a fight...

No Kurama plus no arms? Are you trying to make a character that's actually more of a fodder than Sakura?
