Well Naruto still has Sage Mode I believe? That means he can use sensory abilities without needing to rely on eyesight. Heck KM Naruto can sense evil intentions and BM Naruto can just nuke the place. Since a strong portion of Sasuke's fighting style relies on his eyes, he's really nerfed here.

Just because Sasuke is blind doesn't mean he couldn't use Susano. But, with SM Naruto would still win.

Umm isnt normal eyesight and sharingan eyesight different. I though itachi was pretty much already blind and thats why he always had his sharingan activated.

So Naruto just loses eyesight while Sasuke loses his freaking bloodline limit technique as well as his eyesight. The answer is obvious here.

Is this a Sasuke hate thread because Naruto stomps no difficulty. Blind Sasuke means that not only does Sasuke not have the usual goodies that the sharingan provides him, but he has no way of finding Naruto and aiming an attack properly. On the other hand, Naruto can sense Sasuke's position and then nuke him. Sasuke won't even see the attack coming and won't be able to counter at all.
