Text is only thing i like here.. But it's kinda.. Positioned wrong, i'd have it closer to the render. Screw it, i'd have it on the chest of the render

Cause then it'd fused perfectly with his hand there, to create an awesome focal.
At point 2, you can see there is lightning reflections coming from behind his robes. There ain't no lightsource there on the tag, so that's confusing.. Well the whole bg is confusing, since it's just one colour..
Point 3 needs more effects, and i suggest some flow effects to put in there, like C4D's.
Right upper part is just a waste. Nothing but black there? Could at least put some vague effects there, to hint there actually is something there. Blurred out ofc..
Not sure why, but it seems like you've sharpened his face as much as his hand that is infront of him. That there, is a focal issue.
The tag is so dark that you can barely even see the borders, so why even have them? xD
So that's pretty much it. More effects and details etc. Text is GREAT!
