Okay for those of you who still think the formula for awakening the Rinnegan is Sharingan + Senju DNA:

As stated by Hagoromo himself.....

Well Uchiha+Senju DNA from each incarnates is what brought out Hagoromoo's chakra to awaken the rinnegan, and even that was rate because only two incarnates out of thousands was able to awaken it.

Uchiha+senju DNA/powers from non incarnates just gives you rikudou chakra (uchiha inherit yin while senju inherit yang according to the databook)
