Why is he blind, can you explain ?

Remember, he GAVE his eyes away when he last was alive...edo tensi revives you in your best form while you was alive...however, if you did revive, you go to the state at which you was last living...
So yes, Madara got his youth back but his real eyes are STILL OUT THERE...namely, Nagato had them therefore Obito has the left one...when you last saw Madara when he was old, he only had the left eye cause he took it from some other Uchiha, but he had no right eye...
So when he came back, his REAL left eye is with Obito and the right is with Nagato's body (or maybe Zetsu has the right one somewhere)...Madara is really blind right now, best chance to kill him (don't think it will happen anytime soon)
Oh, and as for the Amaterasu, Madara just threw of the armor it was burning...plus, I think with it being an Uchiha fire tech, I think he knows how to deal with it fairly easily (probably was the first to ever use it)

Madara's real left Rinnegan is in Obito, the right is probably still in Nagato's body, if Obito didn't take it out already. That's why he doesn't have his Rinnegan now that he's alive, and he said that he can (but he'll never) get Sasuke's eyes until he gets the Rinnegan back. Black Zetsu said that it's time to get Obito's left eye, one of Madara's Rinnegans, so...
