Madara would win but it's gonna be mid-diff i think. It would be neg-diff if he has at least one tomoe Sharingan.

This fight would be given to Madara at High diff. Killer Bee's fighting style has shown to get around sensory skills rather well. Madara with Three tomoe would win low-mid though, only because during the Taka vs Bee fight, it is shown that Sasuke was having a very hard time predicting his movements.
