But after 658, manga showed Blind Madara clad in susano'o + Hashirama's Sage mode, couldn't dodge/sense BM Naruto's tail whip.

I am completely neutral.
In my opinion Naruto is also faster then Madara with his Kyuubi chakra and sage cloak, but since
Madara is actually the Main Villain now Madara actually HAS to be faster.
You want to know why ? Here.

If Madara would actually be slower then Naruto and could be hit by most of the attacks by Naruto and Sasuke (you gotta admit he is fast) the fight would be a boring as hell. Narutos main strength is just like Ichigo's first bankai activation - the Speed makes the difference. Of course he has also some new rasengan variations, but incredible Speed is an imense powerboost. Still, Kishi is going to make Madara immune or atleast regenerating the dmg off like Tsunade/Hashirama can
just so the "last" fight won't be a peanut at all.

Hashirama's Sage Mode has never demonstrated sensing feats, so i have no idea why people automatically assumed it could sense.
